Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Majordomo at hq.bigheavy.fun, operated by Big Heavy LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Service Description

Majordomo is an AI-powered household management assistant that operates primarily through SMS text messaging. The service includes:

• AI-assisted household task management via SMS conversations
• Todo lists, reminders, and calendar coordination
• Household directory and family information management
• A web dashboard for viewing and managing household data
• Proactive check-ins and briefings delivered via messaging

SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number and using our SMS features, you consent to receive text messages from Majordomo. Message frequency varies based on your usage. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan. You can stop SMS communication at any time by texting STOP to our number.

AI Processing

Majordomo uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to understand and respond to your messages. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. You should not rely on Majordomo for critical, time-sensitive, or safety-related decisions. The AI assistant (“Domo”) is a convenience tool, not a substitute for professional advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Majordomo. The service is currently available by invitation only. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Provide accurate household and personal information
• Use the service only for lawful household management purposes
• Not share login credentials or attempt to access other households' data
• Not use the service to send spam, harassment, or abusive content via SMS
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or circumvent the AI system

Service Limitations

Majordomo is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accurate AI responses, or timely delivery of SMS messages. SMS delivery depends on your carrier and network conditions. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

Big Heavy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Majordomo, including but not limited to missed reminders, incorrect AI responses, undelivered messages, or actions taken based on information provided by the service.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to the service. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Majordomo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.
